Katihar Resort & Banquet is envisioned as a grand hospitality landmark—an architectural statement that blends classical elegance with modern luxury. Designed across 5.35 acres, the project aims to redefine premium event and resort experiences in Katihar through timeless form, sophisticated planning, and an elevated sense of arrival.
The architectural language draws inspiration from European neoclassical proportions, expressed through tall arched windows, symmetrical façades, stone-textured cladding, and iconic clock-tower elements that establish a strong visual identity. The bold verticality of the façade, paired with intricate railing details and sculptural landscape features, creates an environment that feels both monumental and welcoming.
A central highlight of the design is the grand double-height entrance portico, offering a ceremonial arrival experience for weddings, banquets, and luxury gatherings. The elevated deck and ornamental balustrades enhance the palatial character while ensuring functional guest movement and clear vehicular circulation.
Inside the complex, spaces are planned to achieve maximum flexibility and luxury—expansive banquet halls, pre-function areas, breakout zones, landscaped courtyards, and resort-style amenities are laid out to accommodate events of varying scales. Generous glazing ensures natural light during the day while maintaining an intimate, warm ambiance for evening functions.
The landscape design complements the architecture through formal garden layouts, sculpture elements, column-lined pathways, and soft greenery that enhances the building’s classical charm. Every design decision is guided by the goal of creating a destination venue—a place where architectural grandeur, guest comfort, and memorable experiences converge.
